My husband and I were looking to buy a house for our big move to another city. We worked closely with Jennifer. She was amazing help every step of the way but we ended up renting instead for the time being. That is where Karen stepped in. Beth Keller helped us find a rental house in the area and was incredible! She had lots of good questions to narrow down the options then made my 24-hour house-hunting trip down to Austin from out-of-state a smooth and efficient process by coordinating viewings for 8 properties in half a day. While rental work is certainly less profitable, Beth invested a fair bit of time to help us with a quick turnaround and a special situation to find the perfect rental for our family. We'll definitely be returning to her and the group for our first home in the future.

We worked with Jennifer to sell our house in East Austin. She was extremely proactive and well-prepared throughout the process. She made sure to let us know what to expect at each stage so we had plenty of time to prepare. Once the house was on the market, she held frequent open house events and gave us regular updates. Given the unfavorable market conditions when we were selling, the house did end up being on the market for a few months, but she never stopped actively pushing to find potential buyers. I currently live in NY, and she made selling from a distance easy by making frequent trips to the house to verify its condition and providing local contacts for landscaping and other services to get the house staged, looking nice over time, and ready for closing.
