Jennifer is absolutely amazing! She's so knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. We moved from out of state, and it was tough trying to find a home from afar. Thankfully, our lender referred us to Jennifer, who reached out right away—even while she was on vacation in another country! She took the time to ask great questions about what we wanted in a home, the neighborhood, community vibes, and activities. After that, she went above and beyond to find us the perfect place. Jennifer took care of everything for us remotely, from walk-throughs and inspections to coordinating with contractors and handling closing documents. It was truly an exceptional experience!

It was a fantastic experience working with Karen and her team (painting, exterior/interior clean-up and the staging experts) that she assembled to position my property in the market. On our initial visit, Karen had a market analysis based on information that was readily available without viewing the property. After this meeting, she went back and continued to review to maximize the value of the asset. She came back with a very aggressive refresh and marketing plan that was well received. The clean-up effort was completed on schedule followed by the staging of furniture in the main house, patios and casita. Even before the only open house that was held, offers were being submitted for review with on selected and accepted resulting in a timely closure.

I worked with Karen to put my house on rent. She was thorough in market research, prospect screening and follow up. She genuinely took interest and showed property to prospect tenants while attending them in person rather than asking them to just see home themselves. I have worked with other agents before and I can say she is excellent in communication and collaboration with both landlord and prospect.
