While rental work is certainly less profitable, Beth invested a fair bit of time to help us with a quick turnaround and a special situation to find the perfect rental for our family. Given the unfavorable market conditions when we were selling, the house did end up being on the market for a few months, but she never stopped actively pushing to find potential buyers. I currently live in NY, and she made selling from a distance easy by making frequent trips to the house to verify its condition and providing local contacts for landscaping and other services to get the house staged, looking nice over time, and ready for closing.
