Her technical knowledge of the bi-laws and market potential was a critical differentiator and she was able to introduce us to her colleagues to support us in acquiring a mortgage, leveraging house inspection companies, etc. Not only was this a positive experience, but the combination of Jennifer’s technical capability, knowledge, and relationship management were second-to-none, especially when compared to her peers such as three other real estate agents we have worked with over the past 4 years. I could not recommend Stephanie anymore, she is absolutely AMAZING! We have purchased and sold 2 houses with Stephanie and with each transaction she has been wonderful. She is honest and fair, tells you what to expect realistically, and fights to get you the best deal, all while looking out for your best interest. She goes above and beyond to help you find the right property, no matter how long it takes, how many properties you look at, she wants to make sure you are happy with the property.
