Her buyers get a dedicated transaction coordinator managing documents and communication so nothing sits waiting. The structure comes from 35 years in healthcare operations and management, where precision and follow-through were the job.
Her interest in real estate started more than 30 years ago, touring neighborhoods and open houses with her daughter, now an experienced Realtor in Austin. Over time Karen became an owner and investor herself, holding multiple properties at once. She has bought and sold on her own account, so she knows what the process actually asks of you, and that shapes the advice she gives.
Originally from Michigan and a longtime Dallas/Fort Worth resident, Karen moved to the Austin area with her partner just before 2020, drawn by two of her children and six grandchildren currently living here. She joined Core Residential Group and is serving buyers and sellers throughout Central Texas.
Her guiding philosophy, “Discover a Home for Your Heart,” reflects her belief that the right home is the one where life truly fits.
